Camp Information

Mini-Camp: (Completed grade 2) This half week is a great opportunity for first-time campers to get a “taste” of camp and a chance for parents to get used to their children being away from home.  Emphasis is placed on developing personal confidence and social skills.  Activities include making crafts, playing games, learning camping songs, and having fun Bible times, all within small cabin family units.
Offered: Week 4 (Sunday-Wednesday)     Price: $185

Villagers: (Completed grades 3-4) Our cool, hillside cabin village is home for campers in this awesome camp week. Lots of swimming, boating, crafts, games, small group and large group activities keep cabin groups going from morning till night.
This is a highly-organized small-group program in which staff take extra care to help their young campers make new friends and provide activities that are exciting and challenging. Self-reliance and independence will be encouraged within the safety of their familiar cabin group. Villager cabins also participate in all-camp evening activities.
Offered: Week 5,6,7                                          Price: $325

Vagabonds: (Completed grades 5-6) Living mostly without electricity, cooking breakfast and supper over a campfire, and preparing group meals are part of this program’s unique features.  This is not total “roughin’ it” as the site includes a bathhouse shelter with hot water and toilets.  This program focuses on promoting self-esteem, independence, and social skills.  Campers also enjoy typical camp activites and a special river tubing trip.
Offered: Week 5,6,7                                          Price: $325

Venturers: (Completed grades 7-8)                                            Living in duplex units with adjoining lounge, these campers expand on social and personal skills.  Venturers begin to appreciate the real depth of the Bible Camp experience as they deepen existing friendships, discover new friends, and nurture the seeds of personal faith.

Given more opportunities to choose camp activities they particularly enjoy, basketball and volleyball courts and the Canteen are favorite gathering places.  The overnight camp-out and ropes course provide valuable experiences for positive adolescent development.
Offered: Week 5,6,7                                          Price: $325

Victory: (mentally/physically challenged adults) This program is an opportunity for adults with special needs to experience all that Christian camping offers!  Activities and events are adapted to meet individual needs; trained health staff handle the distribution of medications.  (Those requiring 24-hr. individual care must be accompanied by caregivers).  Campers can sign up for one week early in the summer and again at summer’s end.
Offered: Week 1,9            Price: $425

Veterans: (Completed grades 9-12) These campers are tomorrow’s young Christian adult leaders! Creative recreation, discussions, and Bible studies spark independence and personal faith formation, while tough questions of theology and morality receive serious attention.  Veteran campers continue to grow and mature in their behavior and understanding of intentional Christian community.
Offered: Week 8             Price: $325

Women & Kids: Single women, moms, and grandmothers enjoy relief from daily meal preparation, clean-up tasks, and constant childcare.  Because caring counselors assist with the kids, the women have more time for themselves, each other, and God!  Guest speakers, workshops, and late-night saunas refresh the body, mind, and soul!

Offered: July 4 - 18 Total Price: $350

Valiant Camp:  (Completed Grade 4 – Adults!)  Sports or fitness-minded campers (including adults) will be taught a functional conditioning program and holistic living.

All Valiant campers will focus on their spiritual development, as well as their physical well-being.
Offered: Wk3: June 27-July 2    Price: $350

Back to Nature: (Completed Grade 5 – Adults!)  Focusing clearly on the summer theme, “Keeping the Earth,” this new program offers youth and adults a variety of outdoor experiences amidst the natural beauty of the Fortune Lake area.  Encountering nature while canoeing, kayaking, hiking, backpacking, and fishing, campers will reconnect with creation and the Creator.  (Runs in conjunction with Fishing Camp, but does not focus solely on fishing.)
Offered: Week 1 June 13-18    Price: $350

Fishing: (Completed grades 5-8)  Campers will be nurtured by nature as they fish in area lakes and rivers.  Beginners will learn various techniques from veteran fishermen while developing an appreciation, respect and care for nature.  This week will be a prize catch for the “Keeping the Earth” summer theme.

Mabel's Labels

Our sticky labels and clothing labels, which are dishwasher, microwave and laundry safe, are not only practical, but also designed to be very special to each child. The labels are customized with a child’s name, favorite mix of colors and an icon (animal, symbol, etc.). Make sure your child brings everything they brought to camp back home with them.  Purchase labels with your child name and a cute "logo" for them and put them on everything they own!  Purchase the labels at Mabel's Labels and support our fundraiser at the same time. FLLC earns 15-20% of labels purchased.  Read flyer about Mabel's Labels by clicking here.
